미러(Mirror, 운영: 미러에이아이)는 아동의 안전을 최우선으로 하며, 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 및 아동 성착취물(CSAM)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 본 문서는 Google Play 「아동 안전 표준 정책」에 따라 회사의 아동 안전 기준과 관행을 공개합니다.
1. 무관용 원칙
미러는 아동을 성적으로 대상화하거나 착취하는 모든 콘텐츠·행위·요청을 금지합니다. 아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 제작·게시·공유·요청·알선은 즉시 차단되며, 해당 계정은 영구 정지됩니다.
2. 성인 전용 서비스 (미성년자 이용 차단)
미러는 「청소년 보호법」상 청소년유해매체물로서 만 19세 이상 성인만 가입·이용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 가입 시 휴대전화 본인확인(본인확인기관)을 통해 성인 여부를 확인하며, 만 19세 미만의 가입을 구조적으로 차단합니다. 미성년자가 서비스에 존재하지 않도록 하는 것이 회사의 1차 방어선입니다.
3. 콘텐츠 모더레이션 (자동 탐지)
- 닉네임·자기소개·게시물·대화 등 이용자가 생성하는 콘텐츠와, AI가 생성하는 이미지에 대해 자동 필터링을 적용합니다.
- 미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하거나 암시하는 텍스트·이미지 및 아동 성착취물은 자동으로 차단·삭제됩니다.
- AI가 생성하는 이미지 또한 출력 단계에서 동일한 안전 필터로 검사하여 부적절한 결과물을 차단합니다.
4. 신고 및 대응
- 이용자는 앱 내에서 부적절한 사진·프로필·콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 신고 또는 자동 탐지로 확인된 위반은 콘텐츠 삭제, 계정 정지·영구 차단 등으로 신속히 조치합니다.
5. 법규 준수 및 당국 신고
- 회사는 대한민국 아동·청소년 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
- 아동 성착취물 등 명백한 불법 콘텐츠가 확인될 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 관계 당국(방송통신심의위원회, 경찰 등)에 신고하고 협조합니다.

Child Safety Standards — Mirror
Mirror (operated by Mirror AI) is committed to child safety and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Zero tolerance. Any content, conduct, or request that sexualizes or exploits minors is prohibited; offending accounts are permanently banned.
2. Adults only. Mirror is a 19+ adults-only service. We verify adulthood at sign-up through mobile-carrier identity verification and structurally block users under 19, so that minors are not present on the platform.
3. Moderation. User-generated content (nicknames, bios, posts, chats) and AI-generated images are automatically screened. Sexual content involving minors and CSAM are blocked and removed, including at the output stage of AI image generation.
4. Reporting & response. Users can report inappropriate photos, profiles, and content in-app. Violations confirmed by reports or automated detection result in content removal and account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Legal compliance. We comply with applicable child-protection laws and report confirmed CSAM to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
